Shipping

Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be packaged and shipped from my Colorado studio. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once it’s on the way.

International shipping times vary and may take several weeks depending on destination

Some countries require you to pay a duty or import tax. Please be aware of your country’s requirements and know if you’ll need to visit your Post Office to retrieve your parcel. These taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, I do not provide refunds for your country’s custom fees. 

Once your order is in the hands of the shipping carrier, it is out of my control. I cannot replace or refund packages that are lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received.

If this happens, please reach out to the carrier with your tracking number. I’ll always do my best to support you, but I am not liable for postal errors.

Returns & Exchanges

Because of the intimate nature of certain items, I do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Underwear (for health and hygiene reasons)

• Sale items

For tanks, bralettes, and other non-intimates, exchanges or returns are accepted as long as:

• You contact me within 5 days of delivery

• Items are shipped back within 10 days of delivery

• Items are returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, no pet hair, etc.)

If the return is due to an error on my part, I will cover return shipping. For sizing errors or change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Refunds are issued once I’ve received and inspected the item.
