FAQ

How do I know which size to order?

Reference our size chart below for specific measurements and fit notes. Know that each style is designed without elastic to avoid that uncomfortable dig, and therefore is made to stretch and mold to your body. Because of this natural stretch built in, most pieces offer a generous and flexible fit that hugs you without restriction, so a lot of times it’s likely you will fit multiple sizes.

Size Chest Waist Hips Equivalent
XS 30-32" 24-27" 31-35" 0/2
S 32-35" 28-31" 35-39" 4/6
M 35-39" 31-35" 39-43" 8/10
L 39-44" 35-40" 43-48" 12-16
XL 44-50" 40-46" 48-54" 18-22

For The Camelia - you’ll want to prioritize the waist measurement. For low rise styles, prioritize hip measurements. For tops, prioritize bust measurement.

If you’re between sizes, I recommend sizing down for a snugger fit if you like compression, or up for a little extra ease.

How do I care for my pieces?

A little extra love helps these pieces last for years, so treat them gently to extend their life as long as possible. You can find full care details on our Care Guide, but here’s the short version:

Hand washing is always the gentlest option, though a delicate machine cycle works fine too. Use low temperature water (cold or warm), an eco-friendly detergent, and avoid harsh heat or fabric softeners.

Lay your intimates flat or hang to dry, larger pieces like tank tops are okay in the dryer on low settings.

Can I put them in the dryer?

It’s best to let your pieces air dry whenever possible as heat can be harsh. Laying them flat or hanging them to dry helps maintain the shape, softness, and longevity of your garments.

If you do use the dryer, keep it gentle: low heat and a short cycle.

Where are your pieces made?

Every piece is designed, cut, sewn, and packaged by me, Madeline, in my cozy Colorado home studio. Each step from sourcing sustainable fabrics to the final stitch is done with care, intention, and a deep love for the craft.

This slow, hands-on process allows me to ensure quality, minimize waste, and infuse every piece with the kind of attention you can feel.

What does OEKO-TEX® certified mean?

OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 is a product safety certification for textiles, indicating the product has been tested and verified. Specifically, the fabric has been tested for harmful chemicals and is proven safe for human skin and the environment. In other words there are no toxins and no hidden irritants.

Every fabric I source meets this standard, ensuring your pieces are as gentle on your body as they are on the planet. It’s one of the ways I stay true to my commitment to thoughtful, sustainable design.

Do you offer custom or made-to-order pieces?

Most of my pieces are ready to ship, but from time to time I’ll offer made-to-order listings when I have extra yardage of a particular fabric. If a piece is made to order, it will always be clearly noted in the product description.

I don’t currently take custom requests, but each style is designed with versatility and natural stretch in mind, so you’ll still find a fit that feels made just for you.
